It is the aim of Slender Winter Partnership, that all persons whose personal data is processed by Slender Winter Partnership shall at all times be confident that their privacy is respected and that due care is taken regarding his or her personal data.

1.1  Slender Winter Partnership LTD (registration number 3735841) is the data controller for the processing carried out by us or on our behalf. This means that we determine the purpose of and means for the processing of your personal data, i.e. why and how we process the data.

Individuals who submit an interest in working at Slender Winter Partnership will have additional data stored, such as which job role they are interested in, in order to fulfil their request to register such an interest.

As per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data collected must not be kept for longer than it is required. The personal data we collect about other stakeholders will be deleted when no longer required, unless there is a lawful basis to process particular data, or consent has been received to store the data.


3. How we use your data

3.1  Your personal data will only be used for the purposes indicated when you submit the data, or to fulfil our legal obligations, or as detailed (below) under this privacy policy. Should we need to process your data for a new purpose we will contact you prior to the processing activity.

3.2  Personal data will be securely stored on our servers in the majority of cases. Should there be a need to disclose your data elsewhere we will do so after checking the security measures in place. See section 4.

4. Disclosure of your data

4.1  Slender Winter Partnership may provide your personal data to third parties such as a partner or distributor of our products in order to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected.

4.2  Where data needs to be exported outside of the Slender Winter Partnership, and the European Economic Area, suitable contracts will be drawn up to maintain a level of security equivalent to the GDPR of the data.

Quality Management System Statement


1.1          About the Slender Winter Partnership Ltd. 

 The Company adopted the ISO 9001:2015 as the principle for developing its Quality Management System (QMS).

The extent of the QMS is based on the nature of our organization, complexity and interaction of the processes and competency of our personnel. Slender Winter Partnership Ltd. was founded in 1985 and is based in Westerham, Kent.  The company provides advice and design services for Building and Environmental services (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Energy) for projects primarily in the UK but also abroad.

The Company aim is to provide a flexible, high quality design service, one that consistently improves and adapts to our Clients’ needs, & can be monitored & audited for its design processes.

The Senior Management of the Company will demonstrate its full commitment in establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining and continual improvement of QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements to ensure our services provide the consistent, and quality of service required by our clients.

To implement this quality management system, the Company has:

Identified the processes needed for the quality management system

  1. Determined the sequence and interaction of these processes
  2. Determined criteria and methods required to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes
  3. Ensured the availability of systems, infrastructure and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes
  4. Measured, monitored and analysed these processes, and implemented action necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement

The Company is committed to control any outsourced processes to ensure such processes are carried out based on the contractual requirements and those of our QMS.


1.2          Objective of the Quality Manual

 The Quality Manual specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS) to be applied to Slender Winter Partnership Limited when the organization:

Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

  1. Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  2. Needs to be certified according to ISO 9001:2015

All the requirements of the Quality Management System is intended to be applicable to the Company. Our manual provides the guideline to implement the process in a systematic way and where necessary, the generation of procedures that could be important as an explanatory statement for each unit of operation of the process.

If a process is required to be outlined, it shall be addressed in the manual and marked as reference.
